Welcome to Gozney - here's how to get your IT Setup
Starting your journey at Gozney is exciting! This guide will walk you through the essential IT setup steps to get you connected and productive from day one.
📋 Step 1: Get Your Credentials
Get your Username and Temporary Access Pass from your Manager or HR Contact.
Your Temporary Access Pass is a special code, valid for a few hours that allows you to setup your account. Make sure to use it promptly after receiving it.

💻 Step 2: Setup Your Device
Setup your new Mac or PC by turning it on and following the initial setup instructions on-screen.
🔐 Step 3: Setup Multi-Factor Authentication
Setup Multi-Factor Authentication by following the MFA Setup guide. This is a crucial security step that protects both your account and Gozney's systems.
🔑 Step 4: Setup Passwordless Sign-in
After setting up MFA, enable Passwordless Sign-in for a more convenient and secure login experience.
📱 Step 5: Register Your Device
Follow the guides linked here to register your new device with Gozney IT.
This will ensure your device is properly configured for Gozney's systems:
- Mac Users: Follow the Mac device registration guide
- PC Users: Follow the PC device registration guide
This ensures your device is correctly assigned to you and Gozney security software is installed.
