Setup the Authenticator App

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a simple way to make your Gozney login more secure and keep your company information safe. It requires an extra step when you log in ; just like online banking.

📱 How to register

• Go to https://aka.ms/mfasetup
• Log in using your Gozney email address
• Follow the on-screen instructions to set up MFA.

✅ What do I need to do?

All Gozney Users must be registered for MFA to access some online services. You only need to register once, it takes 5-10 minutes. New Staff are automatically registered for MFA as part of their first sign-in.

Once you have completed your registration please keep the Microsoft Authenticator app on your device, as you will need it when you want to access Gozney IT Services.
